Luxury Villa, in a private gated condominium, offers private direct access to the beach, a barbeque area and a sea view. Situated only 100 meters from the beach, it has 4 rooms, with the capacity to sleep 6 adults and 2 babies in cribs.
The house has PRIVATE DIRECT beach access located in a luxury gated condominium with a concierge. With its minimalistic décor, modern and comfortable finishing´s it invites relaxation. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and 2 of them have en-suite facilities. ALL have double glazing and mosquito nets at the windows to ensure peaceful holidays.
The house is equipped with 2 cribs and a pushchair. There are also 4 bicycles (2 for adults with a baby seat and 2 for children) at your disposal during your stay.
We suggest that you relax on the comfortable sun loungers on the terrace during the day, either sunbathing or lying in the shade, enjoying the view over landscaped gardens with palm trees or in the evening gazing at the starlit sky. If you prefer, we also have a hammock where you can gently fall asleep lulled by the peace of the island.
Or you could go to Ribeiro Salgado Beach, only 100 meters from the House, accessed through a private avenue of palm trees. The beach has a blue flag in recognition of the quality of the seawater. On the beach you can enjoy the “On the Water Academy” where you and your children are guaranteed to have fun! There are diverse activities such as Paddle Surf, Surf, Kite Surf and Windsurfing!
The kitchen is superbly equipped with high-end household appliances. There is also a barbeque and garden furniture where you can rest or spend family time. There is a small driveway for one car.
There is public transport on the road near the complex if you do not intend to hire a car. There is also a cycle lane which begins at the complex and runs along the coast to Calheta enabling wonderful walks or bicycle rides.
